About the calculated targets
Protein, hydration, and training targets are estimates generated from the height, weight, activity, and goal information you enter. They are starting points for discussion with your clinician, not clinical requirements, and they may not be appropriate for everyone.
Contact your clinician if
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea keeps you from eating or drinking normally.
- You are losing weight faster than your care team expected.
- Side effects are getting worse instead of settling over time.
- You miss a dose and are unsure what to do next.
Seek emergency care immediately if
- You have severe or persistent abdominal pain, especially pain that radiates to your back.
- You cannot keep fluids down or show signs of dehydration such as confusion or fainting.
- You have chest pain, trouble breathing, or swelling of the face, lips, or throat.
- You have signs of a severe allergic reaction or any other symptom that feels like an emergency.
In an emergency call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Do not use this app to report urgent symptoms — it is not monitored in real time.
