Terms of service

The Full Spectrum GLP-1 companion is an educational and accountability tool for patients on medically supervised GLP-1 therapy. It helps you track protein, hydration, training, weight, medication doses, and side effects. It does not provide medical care, prescriptions, diagnoses, or emergency services.

Everything in the app — targets, reminders, lessons, coaching messages, side-effect guidance, and progress summaries — is general wellness and educational information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a prescription, and it is not tailored to your full medical history, other conditions, or other medications.

Using the app does not create a clinician-patient relationship on its own. If you are a patient of Full Spectrum Aesthetics & Wellness, that relationship is established through your visits, not through this app, and your clinician's instructions always take priority over anything shown here.

Do not start, stop, delay, or change the dose of any medication based on the app. Talk with your care team before changing your nutrition, hydration, or exercise routine. Full details are in our medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

The app is not monitored in real time. Logs, check-ins, notes, and messages you enter are not reviewed as they are submitted, and no one is alerted by what you record. Do not use the app to report urgent symptoms or to request urgent help.

For non-urgent questions, call the clinic at (615) 351-7042. In a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.

• Protein, hydration, and training targets are estimates calculated from the information you enter. They are starting points for discussion with your clinician, not clinical requirements.
• Nutrition information may come from third-party food databases and product barcodes. That data is supplied by others, may be incomplete or out of date, and should be checked against the product label.
• Reminders and notifications depend on your device, browser, and network. They may be delayed or missed, so do not rely on them as your only prompt to take a dose, eat, or hydrate.
• Results vary between individuals. Nothing in the app is a promise of any particular weight, health, or fitness outcome.

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Provide accurate information so your targets are calculated sensibly.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

When using the app, please do not:

• Attempt to access another person's account or data.
• Interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share.
• Use the app as a substitute for the care plan your clinician has given you.

You can generate a link that lets someone view a read-only summary of your recent progress without signing in. Anyone with the link can view that summary until it expires or you revoke it. You are responsible for who you send it to.

We aim to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided on an as-is basis without warranties. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the update.

Nutrition changes, hydration targets, and resistance training carry inherent risks, particularly while you are on GLP-1 therapy or have other medical conditions. You are responsible for confirming with your clinician that the activities you undertake are appropriate for you, and for stopping and seeking care if something feels wrong. You use the app and act on its general information at your own risk.

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the app or its content will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Spectrum Aesthetics & Wellness and its owners, employees, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the app — including reliance on its targets, food data, educational content, or reminders, or any delayed or missed notification.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for access to the app in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion. Nothing in these terms limits, replaces, or alters the professional duties owed to you within your clinical care relationship, or any rights you have as a patient.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Full Spectrum Aesthetics & Wellness from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the app, your breach of these terms, or content you upload or share, including summaries you distribute through a care-team share link.

You can stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing care@fullspectrumaesthetics.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Tennessee will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
