Privacy policy

• We only store the information you enter or upload yourself.
• Your logs are private to your account unless you create a care-team share link.
• We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.
• You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time.
• This app supports your care — it is not medical advice and is not monitored in real time.

The app only stores what you choose to enter. That can include:

• Account details: your email address and password (passwords are stored only as a secure hash).
• Profile details: name, height, current and goal weight, activity level, goal type, medication name and dose.
• Daily logs: protein and food entries, water intake, meal times, workouts and sets, weight and body measurements.
• Check-ins: mood, energy, and side-effect notes you record.
• Optional meal photos you upload.

To keep the app running we process basic technical data such as your device type, browser, and the time of your requests. If you turn on reminders, we store a push notification subscription for your device so the app can send them. The app does not use advertising trackers or sell your data.

• To calculate your personal protein, hydration, and training targets.
• To show your progress, streaks, and weekly recaps.
• To send the reminders and nudges you have enabled.
• To keep your account secure and troubleshoot problems.

Your logs are private to your account. Database access rules restrict every record to the account that created it. The one exception is a care-team share link: if you generate one, anyone holding that link can view a read-only summary of your recent progress until the link expires or you revoke it. Only share it with people you trust, and revoke it from your profile when it is no longer needed.

We use service providers for hosting, database storage, and push notification delivery. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Your data is kept while your account is active so your history, streaks, and trends stay intact. How long specific information is retained:

• Account and profile details: kept for as long as your account is open.
• Daily logs (protein, water, meals, workouts, weight, measurements, check-ins): kept for as long as your account is open so you can review long-term progress.
• Meal photos: kept until you delete the entry or your account.
• Care-team share links: the link stops working at its expiry date or as soon as you revoke it, and revoked links are removed from our records.
• Push notification subscriptions: removed when you turn reminders off or uninstall the app from your device.
• Email delivery records (for example, confirmation and reset emails): kept for a limited period for troubleshooting and security, then discarded.

You can edit or update your profile and goals at any time, revoke care-team links from your profile, and turn reminders off in your notification settings. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and its records, email care@fullspectrumaesthetics.com. We aim to confirm deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer where we are required to keep them by law, or where your clinical record is held separately by the practice — the medical record your provider keeps is governed by the clinic's own records policy, not by this app.

Shift is an education and accountability tool for adults already under medically supervised GLP-1 care. The targets, reminders, lessons, and coaching messages it shows are general information. They are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment plan, and they are not tailored to your full medical history or other medications.

Do not start, stop, delay, or change the dose of any medication based on this app. Your prescribing clinician's instructions always take priority. Protein, hydration, and training targets are estimates calculated from the information you enter and are starting points for discussion with your care team.

The app is not monitored in real time. Do not use it to report urgent symptoms. For non-urgent questions call (615) 351-7042. In a medical emergency call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. Full details are in our medical disclaimer.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that limit each record to its owner. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and sign out on shared devices.

This app is intended for adults under medically supervised care. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email care@fullspectrumaesthetics.com. We will ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will not deny you care or app access for exercising these rights.
